Do’s and Don’ts of Social Media for Businesses

I agree with most of this. There’s one in particular I don’t: “Stick with business messages only.” I think it’s imperative for any business to throw in a couple well-placed, appropriate personal messages. People in your network will love the human touch.

    I have to agree with you. Without the human touch, it lacks any semblance of somebody actually *being* on the other end. When it seems mechanical, I tend to unfollow them. I get bored pretty easily. 🙂
